Rose Terrace Greenhouse
In 2010, Gardens of Alcatraz volunteers built a beautiful cedar greenhouse in the Rose Garden, which is now the island’s plant propagation center. During the military and federal prison periods, the Rose Garden was the hub of gardening operations and a greenhouse stood on this same site. For more photos click here.
